OUR CLASSES
SMALL CHILDREN
With us, children can start as early as 4 years old. At this age group between 4 and 6, the main focus is on developing and strengthening motor and cognitive skills.
The goal is to build an understanding of right and left, and to define a sense of balance and body awareness.
Through play, patience, care, and love, the youngest are gently introduced to training without overwhelming them, in a fun environment where children are allowed to simply be children—even within the Dojang.
CHILDREN
The playful elements from toddler training are now left behind, while the joy of training remains the main focus.
Without pressure or excessive strictness, we guide each child to reach their own individual limits of performance.
Respect, humility, patience, and a sense of fairness are important values that we teach children from the very beginning.
The learning content also prepares them for upcoming belt tests, with the timing being set individually for each child.
TEENAGER / ADULTS
In today’s fast-paced and digital world, it is important to find balance through sports and movement. In the spirit of Taekwondo, this is described as “The Spirit of Unity.”
This means that participants should train both their mind and their physical abilities equally. Neglecting one will cause the other to wither.
We pursue this approach with full-body training, which Taekwondo offers in its entirety.
At the same time, the exercises also strengthen breathing techniques and concentration, bringing mind and body into harmony.

OUR VALUES
OUR PHILOSOPHY

WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT?
Our trainers are not hobby athletes but practice this sport and its instruction as their full-time profession. We dedicate ourselves intensively to our students and continuously reflect on their development. To this end, we study photo and video material for training management and carry out analyses for each individual child, adolescent, or adult in order to implement targeted improvements and adjustments.
We live and breathe our passion 24/7.
Our approach is to largely eliminate the strict — almost militaristic — training atmosphere that prevails in most martial arts. With us, fun and the joy of movement take center stage.
This is especially important in children’s training. A coach who lacks the patience to introduce young children to training without excessive strictness has no place with us. We seek — for every child and every personality — the right approach and the right key to spark enthusiasm. Anyone who trains with us and makes comparisons quickly notices that we are “different.”
We do not participate in tournament fights. We want to teach martial arts as a sport, not as a competitive sport. Accumulating points within a set of rules, as is common in competitions, doesn't really have anything to do with a real fight or actual self-defense. Therefore, we don't focus our training on that, but rather prioritize character development.
You could say we're a small revolution within our sport. With modern and innovative approaches, we're shedding unnecessary traditions and freeing ourselves from constraints and meaninglessness to focus on what's important and effective. A quote from a philosopher describes it quite well: If a sculptor wants to create something good and beautiful from a stone, he chips away the unimportant to reveal the essential.
